"REFORM YOUR LIFESTYLE" PROGRAM

Your lifestyle Program is a series of six sessions exploring different parts of what it takes to be healthy. Each session shall focus on a specific health topic including goal setting, physical activity, nutrition, energy balance and resilience.

Altogether, this 3-week program is designed to change your perspective of what it takes to create a healthy lifestyle. Sessions occur twice a week, and each session lasts for approximately 45 minutes. If you wish to start adopting healthier habits but are not sure where to start, this program is for you.
